  • Boiling Water

Instructions

"The tea must be boiled, not just steeped, to extract the full flavor of the Gunpowder tea. The foam on top is essential. "
1. Rinse Gunpowder green tea with boiling water. 2. Add tea, a large handful of fresh mint, and sugar to the pot. 3. Fill with boiling water and simmer on the stove for a few minutes. 4. Pour into a glass, then pour back into the pot (to mix). Repeat. 5. Pour from a height to create foam.
